Starting as a fashion news contributor at Lucky Magazine, Vanessa went on to work at GQ for creative and fashion directors, Jim Moore and Madeline Weeks. Under their leadership, Vanessa was schooled in the art of wardrobe styling and the business side of the industry. Her editorial background in New York provided the opportunity to work with some of the industry's leading and most talented photographers. Since leaving Condé Nast, Vanessa has expanded her styling career in Los Angeles which has included fashion editorials, commercials, advertising campaigns and world press tours with Hollywood's leading talent.
Raina Silberstein is an enthusiastic style consultant who began her career in Los Angeles in fashion advertising and has since developed an appreciation for client collaboration. Raina is recognized for her refined vision, precise knowledge of tailoring and the ability to compose looks that highlight individual style. She has partnered with industry influentials and established clientele on a diverse range of fashion projects including advertising, editorial, personal shopping, and red carpet.
Neda Rouhani packs an abundance of fashionista spirit while enhancing the wardrobes and confidence levels of high-level executives and the Hollywood elite. After studying fashion and graphic design at Otis, she began assisting on commercial and print campaigns, styling everyone from Ryan Gosling to Bruno Mars spanning the New York Times and GQ Magazine. Neda was quickly regarded as one of the industry’s hardest working, most creative up, and coming stylists. Neda has worked with The Weitz Effect since 2015, starting as Andrew Weitz’s assistant and working her way up to a Weitz Effect Style Consultant. With a passion for her craft, Neda has an immense appreciation for cultivating and supporting individual styles and is a tireless advocate for the needs and happiness of her clients.
