Described as one of the best-dressed men in Hollywood, Andrew Weitz uses his innate sense of style to help clients look and feel their very best. Applying a holistic approach, Andrew works from the inside out first understanding a client’s needs and goals, and then working with them to develop their personal style, build their confidence and ultimately reach a higher level of success in life. During his successful tenure as a talent agent at William Morris Endeavor (WME-IMG), Weitz found himself constantly sharing tips and knowledge with his celebrity clients and industry colleagues, essentially being their trusted go-to style consultant. Leveraging his 18 years in the entertainment industry, Andrew created The Weitz Effect brand and has dedicated himself to his passion for style and helping people realize their full potential.


Vanessa Shokrian began her career in New York City at Condé Nast. Starting as a fashion news contributor at Lucky Magazine, Vanessa went on to work at GQ for creative and fashion directors, Jim Moore and Madeline Weeks. Under their leadership, Vanessa was schooled in the art of wardrobe styling and the business side of the industry. Her editorial background in New York provided the opportunity to work with some of the industry's leading and most talented photographers. Since leaving Condé Nast, Vanessa has expanded her styling career in Los Angeles which has included fashion editorials, commercials, advertising campaigns and world press tours with Hollywood's leading talent.


From a young age, Siobhán always knew she was meant to work in the fashion industry. She began her styling career in New York working at ELLE magazine and has since gone on to learn the business side of fashion and beauty through working at MAC Cosmetics, Tom Ford, and most recently, Ralph Lauren. Siobhan, who has a love for vintage and interiors, works directly with Andrew on the company’s day-to-day businesses and continues to hone her craft as a style consultant.


Emily Wasserman started her career at The Weitz Effect in 2015, developing a passion for all things fashion, business, and entrepreneurship. Emily is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the company’s operations as well as the Andrew Weitz Bespoke brand. Her attention to detail and creativity will further contribute to the growth and expansion of The Weitz Effect brand and its clientele.
