FOUNDER & CEO, THE WEITZ EFFECT | EXECUTIVE & CELEBRITY STYLE STRATEGIST
Andrew Weitz is the founder and CEO of The Weitz Effect, a Los Angeles-based style consultancy helping influential men and women across business, entertainment, and sports elevate the way they look, feel, and show up in the world. Profiled by The New Yorker for his distinctive approach to personal style and recognized by The Hollywood Reporter among Hollywood’s most powerful stylists, Andrew has built a successful career around the belief that great style is about far more than clothes—it shapes confidence, presence, and how we are perceived.
Prior to founding The Weitz Effect in 2014, Andrew spent 18 years in the entertainment industry, including as a talent agent at William Morris Endeavor (WME). There, his eye for style became an unofficial second career, as clients and colleagues increasingly sought his advice before important meetings, appearances, and red carpets. He ultimately left the agency world to build a business around that expertise, bringing an insider’s understanding of image and influence to a clientele that now includes executives, entrepreneurs, professional athletes, and some of the most recognizable names in entertainment.
Today, Andrew’s work spans private styling and executive consulting, corporate programs, speaking, brand collaborations, The Style Effect newsletter, and AW Pink Label. His perspective on style, confidence, and personal branding has been featured in The Wall Street Journal, Robb Report, Bloomberg, and CNN, and he is a recurring style expert on NBC’s TODAY. A Philadelphia native and graduate of George Washington University, Andrew lives in Los Angeles with his wife, Stacy, and their twin sons.
